First Day of School

Today was Brody's first day of preschool. Brody has been looking forward to the start of school for months and he woke up with eager excitement. He loves his teacher, Ms. Miriam (Brody pronounces it Ma-mee-mam). After school he told us all about the fun he had, including taking a nap with all his new friends.

Colorado 2010

Our family is so fortunate to be able to take an annual trip to the Colorado mountains to visit LoLo and Pop. As Brody grows, every year is more fun. When everything works out perfectly, we are able to coordinate our timing with Brody's cousins (Clare, Sydney & Jane). This is the stuff memories are made of!!!

Summer

Summer has started! Brody has been enjoying swimming lessons for the past month and we are happily (?) sweating the rest of the day. Yesterday we had a pool party with Brody's twin cousins, Eli & Gus at DD and Opa's house. This weekend LoLo and Pop brought Mamma into town for the weekend, so we are going to have a fun, family-filled 4th!

Today was graduation day for Brody...from The Little Gym! He has spent the last year dancing, swinging, climbing, tumbling and singing and today was his last day. Nathan came to witness all of Brody's acheivements!

There's not a lot of exciting news over here, but it just seems like Brody is changing so quickly these days...just letting you guys see a bit of who he is today!

Nature Days

It has really felt like spring in Dallas over the past couple of weeks. We celebrated by going with some friends to the Arboretum. Brody wasn't loving posing with the flowers, but here are a couple fun moments of our time in nature.

Cousin Time

I think Brody would rather spend time with his cousins than do any other possible activity. They make him laugh in the most heart-melting way...and they know it. They love saying things they know will crack him up. Last week we went to the park. Clearly we all had a great time.
